Stanian - reducing cost, risk and uncertainty

WHY USE THE GSA SCHEDULE ?

Purchasing Stanian consulting services under the GSA Schedule saves you time and money and means you DO NOT have to:

  • Advertise in the CBD
  • Assess pricing since GSA has set our “no-to-exceed” rates on the contract
  • Draft contract terms and conditions
  • Conduct a lengthy source selection process
  • Worry about potential protests

HOW TO USE THE GSA SCHEDULE

  • Define and quantify your project needs and develop a Statement of Work.
  • Obtain Price Lists from schedule vendors and develop an independent cost estimate based on the anticipated level of effort. Price lists are available at www.GSAdvantage.gov. You're able to set the criteria on the website to filter for vendors that are Small Businesses.
  • Prepare a formal Statement of Work and send a Request For Proposals (RFP) to at least three (3) vendors. Vendors review the RFP and prepare proposal response, including a price quote.
  • Make selection based on "best value," which takes into consideration price, past performance, technical qualifications, and special features of their services.
