The core values of Stanian ICT Management Consultants is a simple statement of what we stand for and what we expect of our employees. Our core values are grounded upon the principles of a simple Code of Ethics and a Code of Conduct of how we will behave in the execution of our business client relationships and engagements.

Principles

Stanian ICT Management Consultants’s undertakings will based on a simple code of ethics and a code of conduct of how we will conduct our business in our every day life and with clients. We cannot dictate standards of behaviour for every situation but we will use our best judgment and moral sense to perform our job responsibilities in an ethical manner.

 

Corporate Social Responsibility

Stanian ICT Management Consultants is a socially responsible organisation working in the Social Enterprise Management / Human Services space we will set aside 2% of the net professional fees which will be paid to a charitable organisation (related to social good causes or charities as nominated by the sponsoring client. The nominated organisation must have a relationship with a local, national or global social organisation). This will be paid by Stanian upon successful completion and sign-off of the client deliverable and post final client payment of final invoices. All such payments will remain completely confidential.

 

Standards

Stanian ICT Management Consultants is committed to conducting client engagements to the highest standards of business practices, and to preserving the integrity of our company and its business relationships. We expect every Stanian ICT Management Consultants employee or sub-contractor to work with the utmost integrity and professionalism, including non-disclosure and privacy of sensitive information that may be accessed during client engagements, unless with the express consent of the owner of such data.

 

Handling and Reporting of Data

Stanian ICT Management Consultants will use the highest degree of personal integrity in reporting any kind of data or information to the Company, to our clients, and to the financial community. We will be responsible for ensuring that we provide complete and accurate information when it is requested, and to input only accurate information into the Company's books and records. Any records, expense reports, financial reports and other data presented to Stanian ICT Management Consultants, our clients, and other appropriate parties must be complete and accurate. These obligations have a special significance for Stanian ICT Management Consultants's financial management associates, who are uniquely capable and empowered to ensure that the interests of all those who have a stake in Stanian ICT Management Consultants's financial integrity are appropriately balanced, protected and preserved.

 

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Stanian ICT Management Consultants takes seriously our collective obligation to adhere to all laws that govern our personal and professional actions. Employeers must strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions where you work or do business. While not an exhaustive list, this includes complying with laws and regulations concerning Financial Reporting, Insider Trading, Antitrust, Copyright, Foreign Corrupt Practices and Data Protection.

 

Safe Work Place

Stanian ICT Management Consultants will provide a safe place to work in and an environment free of violence, threats of violence, or intimidation. Stanian ICT Management Consultants's policy is to strictly prohibit any verbal abuse, threatening behavior, or conduct that may endanger persons or property. This includes possession of any firearm or other weapon on Company property.

 

Respect and Dignity

Confidentiality

Stanian ICT Management Consultants will protect its and our clients' confidential information. Stanian ICT Management Consultants considers all of its business information, whether about Stanian ICT Management Consultants or others, to be confidential and important business assets. You must comply strictly with your signed confidentiality agreement with Stanian ICT Management Consultants, Company policy and the law, and protect the confidentiality of both Stanian ICT Management Consultants's business information and the business information of our clients. Even after resignation from Stanain you must carefully protect information provided by clients who have been promised confidentiality. In addition, we never use improper means to obtain confidential information of any other person or business. All vendor relationships will be managed and contractually controlled through bi-lateral NDA's.

 

Conflicts Of Interest

Stanian ICT Management Consultants will ensure that all potential conflicts of interest are avoided or where the appearance of a conflict of interest may be perceived. This includes not engaging in any outside employment without the prior written permission of senior management, not having a financial interest in, or affiliation with, competitors of Stanian ICT Management Consultants, not serving on outside Boards of Directors without senior management approval, not accepting valuable gifts from business contacts, and not engaging in political activities with Stanian ICT Management Consultants funds, equipment, facilities or supplies. Additional restrictions may apply, depending on an employee's position and job responsibilities at Stanian ICT Management Consultants. For example, you must not have a financial interest in companies that do business or seek to do business with Stanian ICT Management Consultants if you are in a position to influence decisions affecting that business. If an employee involved in procuring goods or services for Stanian ICT Management Consultants, you must take special care to avoid so-called 'related party' transactions, which involve contracts with Stanian ICT Management Consultants suppliers or others that directly or indirectly confer a financial benefit on Stanian ICT Management Consultants employees or their relatives.

 

Project a Positive Image

Stanian ICT Management Consultants employees represent Stanian ICT Management Consultants in our day-to-day dealings with outsiders, and can have a significant influence over how Stanian ICT Management Consultants is viewed in the business community. Stanian ICT Management Consultants employees must present Stanian ICT Management Consultants in a positive light in your verbal and written statements about the Company, and avoid making derogatory comments about the company, its products, services, management, employees and systems.

 

Notification of Improper Conduct

Stanian ICT Management Consultants strongly encourage employees to report any situations they know about that may involve illegal, unethical or otherwise improper business activity, as well as all instances of employee violations of these Principles of Ethical Conduct or any of Stanian ICT Management Consultants's other policies. If you believe someone is engaged in improper or illegal conduct, you should immediately bring it to the attention of the Managing Director of Stanian ICT Management Consultants. There will be no fear of suffering retribution or other adverse employment actions as a result of reporting improper conduct.

 

Avoid Substance Abuse

Stanian ICT Management Consultants we will not tolerate employee substance abuse whilst on company business. Employees must never sell, use, possess or be under the influence of illegal drugs, or improperly use, possess or be under the influence of alcohol while on Company premises or while engaged in Company business, including Company or client sponsored events. Exceptions may be made for reasonable consumption of alcohol provided by the Company at Company or client sponsored events.
