Standards

The Stanian standard is:

  • We will be honest, objective, fair and un-biased and follow through the courage of conviction with respect and courtesy for all. Our outcome driven solutions will be fact driven decisions. Out code of conduct will ensure all legal and statutory requirements are followed and that any client data will we treated with trust, confidentiality and respect respecting appropriate laws. 
  • We will provide quality deliverables at all stages through client engagements examples scoping, proposals, project plans, outcome focussed analysis reports and financial models. 
  • We will fulfil client outcomes to an agreed service level specification and quality threshold that the assignment merits and deliver on our promises through personal responsibility. 
  • We will continually provide client feedback throughout the engagement delivery. 
  • We Will conduct client engagements according to a repeatable methodology which has been designed around classic approaches to proven management consultancy approaches, methods, frameworks and processes. 
  • We will ensure client obtain appropriate knowledge transfer 
  • We will deliver to agreed expectations and stated deliverables. If any deliverable is jeopardised for any reason we will make and execute risk mitigation plans. 
  • We will actively listen and replay the client perception to ensure all stakeholders voices are heard. 
  • We will utilise a diverse team of professional subject matter experts that will contribute and succeed. We will use expertise from any country, race, culture, creed, sex, age, position, personality, opinion, language, references and humour. 
  • We Will build partnerships with you to work in cross-functional teams. Our teamwork means we work by agreements and rules, puts personal agendas aside in order to meet team goals, acknowledges others' contributions and excellence, involves stakeholders in decisions that affect them, supports colleagues who need help and maintains open communication with colleagues & stakeholders at all times. The sum of our team effort is greater than the sum of the individuals. 
  • We will provide a single interface throughout the engagement. 
  • We will avoid scope creep, but were unavoidable situations arise during engagements, we will be open and honest with clients in context of appraising the change of circumstances and mitigating the risks accordingly on a mutually acceptable basis. We will be precise about the scope of any client engagement chmages required. 
  • We will use professional resources who have attained a high level of professional experience and possess the right competency to execute on any given their specialist subject domain. Only senior experienced professionals with proven pedigrees will conduct client engagements. Our team consists of experienced senior managers from business or practitioners with many years experiences from the leading global consulting services organisations.
