Today, Stephen specializes in ICT Management Consultancy in the Case Management systems and solutions market. Stephen has operated at executive level for numerous blue chip organizations and government bodies in UK, USA and other European countries. Stephen holds a BSc degree in Applied Computing from Manchester, an MSc in Managing Information Technology from Salford University and is also holds the CMC (Certified Management Consultant) accreditation as a independently certified management consultant through the Institute of Management Consultants.

Frank Vielba specializes in Merger & Acquisition ICT integration issues and transformational change. He has operated as Executive Director, ICT Director and Management Consultant in a number of blue chip international companies. He is a Chartered Engineer, a fellow of the British Computer Society and MBA. He has studied in Madrid, New York and London and worked in all five continents. As well as English he speaks Spanish, Italian and French.

Dennis Fecci                                                                                                                                                                 (Go to Top)

 

Dennis was Deputy Commissioner/Chief Information Officer for the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA), until his retirement on October 1, 2002. As CIO, he was responsible for all components of agency systems development, computer operations, voice/data communications and data processing hardware. Mr. Fecci has 35 years experience in the design, development and implementation of data processing systems for HRA's Family Independence Administration (FIA), Medical Assistance Program (MAP) and all other human services programs. He holds a B.S. in Engineering and a M.S. in Operations Research. As HRA’s Chief Information Officer, Mr. Fecci administered a $150 million data processing budget which includes infrastructure development and application design (i.e. WAN, LANs, Imaging, Paperless Office System, and the HRA Intranet/Internet) and supervised 700 staff persons. Since his retirement after 30 years of city service, Mr. Fecci has organized a consulting company called C 2 Information Services; Inc., which specializes in government projects in the Human Services sector.

Mervyn Stephenson                                                                                                                                                     (Go to Top)

Mervyn joined HSBC Bank Group in 1974 from Sheffield University where he graduated with an honours degree in Economics & Business Studies.  During nearly thirty years with the Bank he worked in all aspects of corporate business and his career included a secondment to the Bank of England.   He also worked in New York for over four years and in Malaysia, where he was seconded to the British High Commission.  He retired from the Bank in 2004 as an Area Director in the North West of England.

Since then he has been working as an independent consultant providing financial and general management advice to medium sized organisations.  Assignments have included:

 

  • Interim management services to one of the NWDA’s sub regional partnerships
  • Banking support to an international commodity company
  • Project management services to a North West inward investment agency seeking to attract companies from Greater China looking to set up an operation in the UK or raise funding on AIM
  • Identification of development opportunities for a major quoted company providing property solutions in the North -West
  • Assistance with the identification and negotiation of funding for a bio-technology start-up company.

Over twenty years experience at board level in a broad spectrum of manufacturing sectors including automotive, plastics, rubber, and packaging. Experience in business start-ups and turnarounds within SMEs, inward investment projects and business relocation and currently working as Business Adviser/Mentor/Coach to a number of SMEs. Malcolm’s skills include: restructuring business processes, business relocations, business start-ups and where necessary obtaining local business support grants, business to business sales including sales and marketing strategy formulation & manufacturing processes and logistics. Malcolm holds a MBA from Bolton Business School (1995) and a MSc in Marketing from Salford University (1992 – 1994) and is also both a fellow of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute), and member of the IBC (institute of Business Consulting).

Peter specialises in technology transfer, compliance and problem solving using innovative methods. With a proven track record in management, he was formerly Head of EMC at the University of Salford, brought European Competent Body status to the University from the Department of Trade and Industry, and was key instigator for the UK’s National EMC awareness campaign.  He has worked for many blue chip companies including AstraZeneca, Guinness, British Nuclear Fuels Limited and Balfour Beatty.  He is a Chartered Engineer and physicist and a member of IET and IEEE.  Peter holds degrees in Applied and Computational Physics, is a European expert and international speaker and trainer on innovation and compliance.

Gopal Kapoor is a graduate of Lancaster University (BSc Honours Operations Management 2:1) As Business Consultant to local Lancaster firm Purely Mineral he has demonstrated his expertise in product marketing through the development of an e-business strategy employing innovative methods for increasing web traffic and mobile technology to increase sales. His input helped the firm to secure a grant of £20,000 from BT for a full IT and communications audit. Having undertaken work placements with Nestle, Ranbaxy and Bhagat Exports in India, Gopal has considerable knowledge and experience of supply chain management. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
